💧 RINSE REMINDERS 💧

your first rinse is so important to the outcome of your tan! when your artist gives you a designated rinse time, that time has been selected specifically for the solution and your skin to have the best possible result!

💦 rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water and use your hands to rub the bronzer off your body. got a clear tan? still rinse thoroughly as if your tan had bronzer in it!

💦 avoid anything exfoliating (loofahs, washcloths, etc) for the duration of your tan. once you're reading to start scrubbing it off - go ahead and bring those back into the mix

💦 pat dry with your towel - no rubbing!

💦 always stay nice and hydrated inside and out for the duration of your tan! needing a new moisturizer? we love our get whipped body butter!

🤎 if you tanned in a solution with a bronzer, some residual bronzer may still be around after the initial rinse. we recommend 2 full showers after rinse before wearing white!

✨ things about spray tans i wish somebody told me 10 years ago ✨

1. there is no shortcut - good prep absolutely makes the tan. if you don't exfoliate the day before, your tan might look okay for days 1-2 but will rapidly deteriorate :(

2. not all solutions are built equal, and everybody has different skin AND a different tolerance/preference for tans. i was constantly saying "oh my friend came here and told me to ask for the same thing she gets" even though that wasn't what was best for my skin!!

3. there's no reason for a solution to be gate-kept. if a provider is unwilling to tell you what is being sprayed all over your entire body, you're likely better off finding someone who will.

4. a little tan goes a long way - ESPECIALLY in photos
