### Racing-Athletico

Effective September 15, that trans women will no longer be permitted to race in the women’s category, and must instead race in the category that aligns with their s*x assigned at birth.

In light of this policy change, we want to be clear: We stand with our trans athletes, teammates, and community members. Inclusivity is a core value of our team—not just in words, but in action.

This rule does not reflect the values we believe sport should uphold: fairness, belonging, and respect for all identities. We recognize how painful and isolating this change may feel, and we want everyone on our team and in our community to know: you are seen, you are valid, and you belong here.

What we’re doing:
• We’re actively exploring alternative race opportunities and inclusive events where all athletes can compete as their authentic selves.
• We will continue to advocate for change within governing bodies and use our platform to elevate voices that are often unheard.
• Our team rides, community events, and support systems are open to all athletes—no exceptions.

We will continue to push for a future where cycling is for everyone.

Registration closes TONIGHT for the State Championship TT! There will be NO DAY OF REGISTRATION!

Details in the morning on your exact start times: we’ll have first rider go at 8:30, next rider followed at 8:31, etc.

We could still use a few folks to help marshal the course, if you’re bringing a +1 who wants a front row seat, let us know!
