Delightful Pastries

I had a master baker Maria Brennan from The Victorian Bakery come and teach me and my daughter new techniques on laminating croissants. My daughter came up with these new amazing fillings, such as pizza, jalapeno🌶 poppers, caramelized onion🧅 and🍄‍🟫 mushroom, garlic butter and creminis. We will also make Queen Aman this week as well, so be ready for some amazing new croissants my lovely people. I want to thank Maria because she drove for about 6 hours to come and teach us these new laminating techniques, what an amazing person and so talented.

As you can see we're going to have wonderful mushroom and sauerkraut pierogi in the store today. If you don't feel like cooking stop by the baker we're open till six o'clock. I like to serve them with caramelized shallots and bacon but there are many options for the toppings. We make the sauerkraut ourselves with cabbage from Nichols Farm & Orchard.
