Mortgage Rates Plunge, Dropping 30-Year Average to Lowest Level in 2 Months Mortgage rates continue to yo-yo wildly this week—with another dramatic drop Thursday. Plummeting a third of a percentage point, the 30-year mortgage average is at a 9-week low.

Buying a property is one of the best feelings! I originally met Courtney from being one of her swim coaches 12 years ago! 🏊‍♂️

Tim and Courtney (and their 2 dogs) were looking for their perfect transition home from the city to the suburbs while still being able to easily commute to work in the city. They decided that renting is not for them anymore! They also realized they needed to be near a body of water so we closed on this INCREDIBLE property with lake and pier rights and even a large hot tub! It also features an amazing open layout with very tall ceilings! They are super excited to add their finishing touches to make it theirs !

This is my 4th lakefront/lake rights property closing in 2023, but seeing happy faces at the closing table never gets old!
