With the Ukrainian diaspora in the U.S. growing, this is a powerful moment to deepen Ukrainian–American cooperation, including through the Sister Cities International program. Tampa already has 10 sister cities worldwide; we believe Tampa and Khmelnytskyi can become a model of joint work between the Ukrainian community and American institutions in cultural, educational, and other spheres.
