More importantly… would the people around you know what to do?

In an emergency, the actions taken in the first few minutes can save a life. There’s no better time than now to learn the skills that could make all the difference.

I teach both American Heart Association and American Red Cross certification classes, and I bring the training directly to you — at your workplace or even in your own home.

Can You Break Ribs During CPR? 🦴💔
A lot of people fear doing CPR because they might break someone’s ribs

✅ Yes, it’s possible, but it’s not a reason to stop. Proper compressions require depth and force.
✅ A broken rib is better than no CPR. Survival matters more than minor injuries.
✅ How to prevent excessive injury: Using correct hand placement reduces the risk.
✅ What happens after? Medical teams can treat broken ribs, but untreated cardiac arrest is fatal.

Check and see if we have a class near you!
