Logan Center's newest grant program aims to kindle collaborative student projects that transcend disciplinary boundaries and generational lines, nurturing unique and imaginative creations that showcase the capacity of the arts to inform, influence, and innovate. Leveraging the Logan Center’s multifaceted resources—technology, stages, expertise, and inspiration—this initiative welcomes UChicago undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students, as well as Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) to submit proposals for site-specific work within the Logan Center.

As FOTA's "Equinox" exhibition in Café Logan draws to a close, we invite you to celebrate the show at the Closing Party this Friday (5/10) from 4:00-6:00PM. Enjoy complimentary refreshments and activities throughout the afternoon, including a DJ, pizza, and tote-bag making. At 4:30PM, student artists featured in the exhibition will speak about their work in the show.

Winners of the 2024 UChicago Science as Art competition announced!

“Peculiar Dynamics” by Ph.D student Sam Everett is the grand prize winner for the 2024 Science as Art contest. As part of considering mathematical questions, Everett wrote a computer program to simulate a discrete dynamical system of the plane.
