In our team meeting today, we had a great discussion about ways to support clients when they show up to sessions without much to talk about. It’s our job as therapists to help clients discover untapped areas to continue working on as clients don’t always come to therapy knowing how to articulate what they want to work on. We are going to start a weekly thread on Tuesdays called Therapy Topic Tuesdays to help therapists and clients continue to dig deeper in their therapy sessions. We hope this gives you some inspiration or spurs some meaningful discussion in your next therapy session!
