You’re doing it wrong. You’re literally doing it the hard way. It’s not complicated. You just don’t know the correct finance structure and are hopping on the next real estate trend. Fix and flip, Airbnb, syndication, REITs, vacation homes…
Being a landlord is cool, but having to manage your building, tenants, toilets and taxes is not fun. There are easier ways to gain REI wealth and to purchase and structure it properly into a trust so your taxes work for you, and not the other way around. 🔀
