35 pounds not only dropped, but kept off for over 2 years now ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Let me tell you all about Gaby...

She has done so much on her journey aside from dropping over 35 pounds ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

I have had the honor of coaching her down this path and it's been truly inspirational to watch her process, see the shifts in her mindset and achieve her goals.

Oh, and I can't forget to mention she loves working out to Taylor Swift (clearly we'd be buddies) ๐Ÿ˜†

Here are some things she has to say about working with D3.

How has D3 improved your life?

"I was able to lose the extra weight I put on in the last 5 years, little by little, while still being social, eating and drinking what I like but choose when and how. And I had never worked out so regularly, twice a week, first thing in the morning. I feel great after working out and I cannot imagine not doing it. I never believed it that working out first thing in the morning would kickstart my day, but it does."
