Taylor Johnson client Hsa Commercial Real Estate’s recent full-building lease with Marathon Electric came as no “shock” to us. The veteran developer, which has been active in Plainfield, Ind., for nearly 15 years, identified another site near the Indianapolis International Airport for its latest project: a two-building spec development called Terminus at Hobbs Station.
