Justice Connect

I've been teaching at the UIC law school since 2017, and despite my hectic schedule, I'll always make time to continue teaching in the evenings until 9pm after working all day because it gives me the opportunity to mold the next generation of lawyers. But also, more importantly, to increase diversity within the law school faculty so that students of color can see professors who look like them on the other side of the room because representation matters. When I was in law school, I only saw 2 Latino professors, both of whom were male and never saw a LATINA because the number is even less.

On 3/5/25 by zoom they will be covering powers of attorneys, trusts,guardianships, protecting your family and assets etc in case of an emergency or deportation. This will be in English and Spanish, JOIN them by using QR code to register. Knowledge is power!
