Rocky Mountain Shutters and Shades installed roller blinds in our home and they look beautiful. We worked with Lauren who is knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us as we were deciding on what style best fit our home. I had several companies come out but ultimately they won us over with their product and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and even had them come out a second time to look at additional windows in our home!

From the minute we walked into the Hunter Douglas showroom, the service and attention were top notch. Kim was wonderful, explaining the differences in the products, offering alternatives and providing tons of selections in multiple price ranges. Alex came to my home, was very patient as we went through book after book and finally selected colors and different products that were just right for what I wanted. He also went above and beyond by evaluating a Hunter Douglas blind that I had purchased years ago, which was showing some wear, and was able to obtain a prorated refund for the product (totally unexpected, I just showed him a place in the blind that was worn out). They took the blind, sent it back to Hunter Douglas, and the rest is history. The installation went without a hitch, scheduled on line with plenty of contact and verification of time and date. They took the time to go over the operation of the blinds and even after all that wonderful service, followed up with us to make sure we were completely happy/satisfied. This is my GO TO place for window coverings! So glad I found them!

The best customer service! Jason was extra patient today n showing us a million options. When it was installed, it didn't look quite as expected. Hunter-Douglas took it back. Jason didn't lose patience once. Very professional and for once it seemed that a company really just wanted us happy. What a concept!
We'll be ordering more from Timan!

Sue was awesome! She came all the way up to Jackson and spent a lot of time with us giving ideas and a plan to put up some beautiful shades. She even showed us how to install them which saved us a bit of money. Always ask for Sue!
