Producers: Cooperative of Coffee Farmers of Cauca (Caficauca)
Variety: Castillo, Caturra, Cenicafe 1, Colombia
Altitude: 1500-2000 MASL
Process: Washed

We're so excited to release our newest coffee and share the story behind it ✨☕

This coffee is grown in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia by farmers who switched from growing coca to growing coffee. is a co-op that started in 1961 by 297 farmers who joined together to get fairer prices. Today, the co-op supports more than 44,000 small farmers.

DOVETAIL MOM MARKET 🧑🏽🌷

We're back at another market! This time we're gonna be tabling up outside at their Mom Market. Come grab a bag for your mother and a coffee with us, and support some local creators and makers.

We'll be serving drip coffee, espresso drinks, and a redo of our espresso tonic from the last remote work/Pfiff! event. Macerated strawberry syrup, espresso, tonic, rhubarb bitters, over ice; 'nuff said. Rewind to our last post if ya missed it.

Oh, and don't cheap out on flowers for 'ma either.
