We’re spotlighting two 🎉: Dustin Elliott, Senior Director of Legal, and Leah Jorn, Senior External Affairs Analyst.

Dustin has been a part of our Legal team since 2020. As our Senior Director of Legal, Dustin is hands-on with our projects from origination through sales, working with a wide variety of external stakeholders to balance immediate project priorities with long-term consequences. Using all of his experience, Dustin helps shape a pipeline that represents the best of Trajectory.

As our Senior External Affairs Analyst, Leah focuses on the intersection of project permitting and community engagement for our Illinois projects. In that capacity she works with every member of the Trajectory team to put our best foot forward in jurisdictions across the state, from our application to our outreach. Always juggling multiple projects at once, Leah keeps the trains running on time and our focus on "all solar is local".
