Sometimes hands-on learning means getting your hands dirty. As part of GCE"s Global Resources sequence, students in the Food class study ecology, chemistry, and genetics in order to understand the food cycle. Today, we're testing nutrients in soil to see how it all begins.

9th- and 12th-grade GCE students met with the design team from PepsiCo Design & Innovation to participate in a design challenge hosted at and facilitated by the instructional team at @
