Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - an Automotive Manufacturing company - is currently looking a shipping and receiving worker. This position Is hourly, non-exempted, and not remote.

Summary of Duties:
The shipping and receiving worker is responsible for the packing, shipping, receiving and other related tasks for timing handling and delivery of products. The duties are as follows:
•Receive and pack parts according to packaging standards.
•Receive, prepare and handles orders received from Sales department for the customer.
•Ship orders according to standard procedure.
•Maintain records and documents related to orders.
•Use hand and powered equipment to move product and raw materials on the floor
•Use hand and powered equipment to load/unload product and raw material on/off trucks.
•Observes safety of self and others at all time while performing duties. This includes keeping a clean workspace.
•May operate truck for pick up or delivery of parcels.
•Reports any product, material, equipment, and safety concerns to supervisor.
•Any other task as assigned.

Summary of Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. 0-1 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, or lift truck operations.
3. Driver’s license required.
4. Forklift certification (desired)

Job Title: Ramp Service Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of ramp and freighter aircraft handling for ORD operations.

Job Responsibilities
• Taking responsibility for giving direction to others and assisting in identifying and solving routine problems on the ramp and with aircraft handling/unloading and loading
• Coordinating the local standard operational procedures for ramp handling with the assigned handling agents and service partners
• Conducting Ramp Safety/ Safety Management
• Overseeing performance of entrusted/ contracted ramp handling team
• Ramp Coordination is the primary duty but the successful candidate will also receive full international cargo handling training and be required to support the cargo team
• Interacting with customers, other company locations/branches and government agencies, and ground handling company management and staff
• Conducting procedural and informational briefing with the ground handling staff and coordinate with the office ramp operation team and warehouse
• Other duties assigned by the manager

Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-5 years of Ramp Lead or Freighter Loadmaster experience is required
- Loading and Unloading/Loadmaster experience with B777 freight aircraft experience with be a plus.
- International cargo handling experience is also a plus
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail required
- Oral/Written Communication Skills (English & Japanese preferred)
- Ability to teamwork
- Ability to multi-task
