MRED — the MLS system Realtors use to see homes for sale — has officially cut Zillow’s access to many listings in our area.

What does that mean in simple terms?

If you’re only looking on Zillow, you may NOT be seeing all the homes that are actually for sale anymore.

Buyers now need a Realtor to have full access to the market.

A Realtor can see:
• MLS listings
• Private listings
• Coming soon homes
• Off-market opportunities
• Agent network listings

The right home may never hit Zillow.
