So, There is NO good filter for a post HIIT early morning workout selfie.. trust me, I’ve tried them all πŸ˜‚ But I really wanted to make a post that highlighted a few quick benefits you can get from doing a 30 minute HIIT workout twice a week: 1) even though it’s a 30 minute workout, you will continue to burn calories for hours after the workout ends πŸ™Œ 2) getting your heart rate into the anaerobic zone helps to keep your heart strong and healthy 3) HIIT workouts stimulates your HGH which can slow down the age of process and increase fat loss within your body. I mean, who doesn’t want that?!? πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ‘ There are definitely more benefits to doing HIIT training regularly, but these are some of my favorite reasons for staying motivated (even though some days it may feel like 30 min of body torture - I promise you, once the 30 minutes is over, you will be obsessed with the high of completing the workout!). So long story short: get up, push yourself to finish and your body will thank you for it! .
