Off Color Brewing - Mousetrap

The Off Color Discussion Series is back this Monday, May 18th at 7:30pm.

That evening our co-founder Dave Bleitner will discuss the intersection of beer and tea with Chris Cason, Director of Operations and Innovation at in an intimate talk and tasting in the Mousetrap foeder room. We will tap the last kegs of Raspberry Beer for Golf to taste along with a new variant of our hard iced tea Cat Fiend and other Off Color beers featuring tea as we look at the intersection of tea and beer.

Mousetrap is participating in the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild Summer Passport! Previous years, while not officially involved, we had been known to draw a cat picture for visitors as proof they came through, but this year we got the official stickers and everything (though we may draw you a cat picture if you get the right server and ask nicely 😻). Planning on visiting a bunch of Illinois breweries this summer, this is a fun way to document it.
