IIH Champ Foundation

Celebrating our 3 years anniversary💙💚
3 years ago, IIH Champ Foundation started with pain, purpose, and a vision to make sure nobody facing Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension felt alone.
I am Tanya the founder & CEO of the IIH Champ Foundation and I was diagnosed in 2017.
I felt alone and scared and eventually decided to spread awareness because of this rare neurological condition is not talked about enough.
Today, we celebrate 3 years of advocacy, awareness, education, community, and impact.
From surgeries... to hard days... to victories...
to voices being heard...
Thank you to every supporter, patient, volunteer, donor, listener, and person who believed in this mission.
We're just getting started.💙💚

Living with an invisible rare condition (IH) has been life altering but I'm ok.
No sympathy needed just awareness.
Some days are better than others but l have learned to live with IIH.
I am grateful for all of the support that I receive.
I'm not 100% health wise but I will continue to show up!
No one fights alone!!!
What if everyday was a flare day living with IIH?
Someone asked this question….

I am excited to share that I am an alumni of the Milestone Circles Program at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center! More exciting news is that my headshot was featured today on the Nasdaq Marketsite Tower in Times Square !!!!
Completing a business program while achieving measurable growth in my business, including increased revenue and expanded opportunities.
This journey hasn’t just been about business it’s been about purpose.
Through my work with the IIH Champ Foundation and my podcast Voices of IIH, I’ve remained committed to raising awareness, building community, and creating space for real stories to be heard.
Everything I’m building is bigger than me — it’s for every person navigating IIH and needing to feel seen, heard, and supported.
This is just the beginning 💙💚
