= ALL TICKETS OLDER THAN THREE YEARS WILL BE WAIVED
= IF YOU NEED A PAYMENT PLAN 50% OF YOUR TICKET DEBT WILL BE REDUCED
= NO PENALTIES FOR NEW TICKETS UNTIL AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2023
