Here is the recipe!
3 cups cooked quinoa (cooked in veggie stock instead of water) 1 large English cucumber 3 sprigs of green onions 1 can of garbanzo beans 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds 1 tosp of fresh parsley Itosp of fresh mint 1 cup of crumbled Feta cheese 3 tosp of Olive oil juice from one lemon squeezed and salt to taste. Chop all your green ingredients and blend them together in a bowl. Add your olive oil and lemon juice, mix together and add salt to taste.
