I am not the person you can tell that “WORKING OUT IS HARD” or remaining CONSISTENT is HARD… what’s hard is…
✅Taking 8 or 9 pills everyday, thats hard.
✅waking up going to dialysis every day is hard.
✅Having a stroke and learning how to feed, dress, bathe,comb your hair or even swallow is hard.
✅Your kids looking at you suffer is hard!
✅waiting on a transplant is HARD!
Holding people accountable that choose me is what I will continue to do, you need this you just don’t know it yet. If I could help anyone change their life, being in this profession isn’t in vain. 💪🏾🏋🏾♂️
