This past February, Chef Daniel Espinoza of Santo Chorizo & Santa Masa hosted an amazing private dinner alongside our Foodservice Training students—an experience won during the live auction at our 2025 One Inspired Evening. Guests enjoyed a fabulous five-course meal, and our graduates got hands-on experience with a James Beard nominated chef.
