It’s the most common question a caregiver hears: “How can I help?” 💙

And yet, it’s often the hardest one to answer. When you’re in the thick of caregiving, your brain is already at max capacity. Finding a task for someone else to do feels like another item on the to-do list.

This , we want to help you shift the narrative. Asking for help isn't "failing", it's how you stay in the race for the long haul.

The trick? Move from vague to concrete. Instead of "I'm not sure," try: "If you're going to the store, could you grab these three things?" or "Could you take my car to get washed?"
