Most restaurants have to struggle to make it 5 years in Chicago, so what does it say about that they recently celebrated 35 years in business?

I was lucky enough to grab a spot for their anniversary dinner which consisted of a 4-course tasting menu for only $35...(see what they did there? 😉)

My absolute favorite course was the braised veal agnolotti, but the massive dry-aged strip steak presented intact tableside before being carved and adorned with arugala, lemon, and olive oil was a strong contender.
