She holds an Associates Degree in Business Management, 25+ years experience as an entrepreneur, 25+ year licensed cosmetologist, and multiple certifications in Credit Repair, Business Credit, Business Consulting, and the nonprofit Sector. Kashmir is an advocate for alleviating poverty through education, and entrepreneurship. She believes that there's a direct correlation between poverty and financial illiteracy so she works diligently to provide her peers with the entrepreneurial skills and tools needed to successful start and run businesses.

Development Expert, Missionary, Thought Leader, Certified Youth Peace Advocate of Nigeria, and human Capacity Builder.
