Happy American Cheese Month!!!

Last night, we kicked off our annual celebration of the incredible work of some of America’s best creameries! Each Thursday in May, we are hosting a guided tasting & class featuring a “style” of cheesemaking. After tasting, you get to be the judge! All attendees will vote for their favorite cheese & that winner will then be featured in our end-of-month BEST IN SHOW competition to crown Chicago’s choice for 2026 favorite American Cheese!!
