Thinking Beyond The Box, Corp
”Hello. My name is Ericka Williams and I would like to take the time out, if I may, to inform you of what me and my business associate, Anthony Barnes have created. From a dream, to paper, to realization and into reality, we’ve came to create “Thinking Beyond The Box”; our non-for profit youth program that caters to the young people and children of our neighboring communities. You’re probably wondering, “What’s so special about this program?” Well that’s where the name comes in. It’s not just a title. It’s a state of mind. Why think just outside of the box when you could beyond those boundaries? Sure, stepping outside of the box is good. But imagine the wonders of when you take that extra step from creativity to possibility. And that’s what we offer. Creativity that turns into possibilities as well as possibilities to endorse creativity. We’ve made this program as a way to help the youth and young people to fight against hopelessness of probably only believing that they will be nothing more than products of their environments when we all know that they can become so much more. We can provide the resources and tools to help develop the future generations into the leaders that they are meant to be. But of course, you cannot have leaders without being a follower first. So why not follow us and let us help lead your children into a brighter future?”

Thinking Beyond The Box first back to school drive!!!
08/11/2020
“Around 5 years ago, me and my partner who is also my best friend Anthony Barnes, decided upon wanting to start a non for profit organization for the youth. We noticed that there were not that many after school programs for children between the ages of 13-18, so we felt that something needed to be done about that. Our basic mission is to promote mentorships, create entrepreneurs, and continual education. Our purpose is to provide job/college readiness, work training services and job placement, as well as support low income youths and young adults in Illinois and any other regions that wishes to participate. Thinking Beyond The Box’s first major event that we believe can strike a mighty first blow will be a back to school drive. We encourage parents, guardians, young adults or even just the curious to attend and get a glimpse of what we have to offer and prove that there are those out there still fighting for the betterment future of our youths. We also encourage you, if you could graciously sponsor a child for the total amount $10, or even just give what you can to the organization which can be but not limited to, school supplies as donations. The youths of today are our future. The future may not be set in stone but it doesn’t mean that we can’t provide the tools for them to help carve out their’s out. Our mission isn’t just to set the youth on the right path. It’s to help provide them choices to guide them.”
