It contains all the components detected during Chicago's drinking water testing for 2021. We sample the drinking water for more than what's in this report, but if you're looking for a summary of which tests actually had a result above detection limits, this is the one to read.

Customers will only be charged for the water used, and the total annual water bills are guaranteed not to be any higher that the normal assesse...

All you need is your 311 reference number from the side of the kit (or from the instructions inside) and your zip code.
