Revamping this work originally created in 2023 to share at Harvest Chicago Contemporary Dance Festival. This newest iteration, This is where I am at (Tuning), is part taking stock of my sensibilities and part deep listening. It is about honoring my body-mechanism presently living in all its nuanced glory.
Delicate yet strong.
Fleeting yet resolute.
Controlled yet free.
Complex yet simple.
Seeing yet seen.
