The Oov naturally guides you into alignment, taking the guesswork out of how to move and letting you focus more on what your body needs. This class helps you connect on a deeper level to your movement, improve balance, and move with more fluidity.

Open to all levels! If you’re new to the Oov, it’s beginner-friendly with options to progress, so you can do what feels best for your body!
