Rooftop Radio is the monthly house party you’ve always dreamed of throwing. A love letter to Chicago with new spins on local music, food, and bevvies.

This month’s Rooftop Radio chef is Vietnamese American Chef Jimmy Hoang (of Chef’s Special & Proudhound Coffee) based in Chicago by way of Cincinnati. Working in kitchens since 2018, his love of food was found by accident. Before kitchens, his time was spent skateboarding and taking photos, but through his love of the creativity and chaos in cooking, Ấm was born.
