Another successful client transformation 💪

“I’m a truck driver… it’s hard for me to work out.”
That’s one of the most common things I hear.
But today I want to show you that even with this kind of job, transformation is possible.
This is a progress update from one of my clients who works as a truck driver and spends most of his time on the road.
So we chose a combined coaching format:
✔ personal training sessions on weekends
✔ online coaching during the week
Here’s what we did 👇
1️⃣ We equipped the truck cabin
with a minimal but highly functional set of training equipment so he could work out while on the road.
2️⃣ We optimized his nutrition
(big respect to him for staying consistent with the plan).
3️⃣ We added the right vitamins and supplements
to support recovery and speed up progress.
📊 Results after 4 months:
− 7 kg (15 lbs) body weight
visible body transformation
significant strength improvements
For example:
💪 Pull-ups
started at 12 reps
now: 10 reps with +40 lbs
💪 Ring push-ups
started at 1–2 reps
now: 12 clean reps
And this is just the middle of the journey.

🧴 The sun ages your skin. This is not an opinion — it’s a fact.
Until recently, I didn’t use SPF at all.
A few weeks ago, I was advised at to apply sunscreen to my face daily.
As someone who is very critical of health recommendations, I started asking questions:
▪️ Do we really need SPF in winter?
▪️ Every single day?
▪️ What about cloudy weather when there’s no visible sun?
Here’s what I found ⬇️
📸 The photo shows a 69-year-old man who worked as a truck driver for 28 years.
One side of his face was constantly exposed to sunlight, the other was not.
The difference in skin condition is striking.
🧪 The science:
In 2013, a randomized controlled trial was conducted (903 participants, Australia).
Participants were divided into groups: ▫️ daily use of broad-spectrum sunscreen
▫️ discretionary (occasional) use
▫️ beta-carotene supplementation
⏳ After 4.5 years: ✅ the daily SPF group showed 24% less skin aging
❌ beta-carotene showed no significant effect
📌 Conclusion:
Consistent daily sunscreen use significantly slows skin aging, even in healthy middle-aged adults.
SPF is not just cosmetics.
It’s a long-term health strategy.
From now on, this cream is a must-have.
