I have been quiet here because I’ve been in the thick of a lot of doctors appointments one after another and continually advocating for myself for physical and pulmonary therapy sessions which both started this week, thankfully. Every day is a struggle with my breathing, some days better than others, but my oxygen tank is a constant reminder that I am impeded and not my normal self. I’m 2 sessions into my pulmonary therapy and it’s pushing me to be more active and although I’m physically spent after the 60 minutes, I know it’s the only way forward. I am currently enrolled for 12 weeks and my goal is to shed the oxygen support and improve my lung capacity. I’m still in need of some financial assistance to supplement what little disability I receive. The woman in the apartment below me was physically evicted this week and it’s a reality check for me that I am having to be diligent to@make sure I stay current with my rent. If you’re able to assist me, I humbly ask for any donations any of you are able to give and am incredibly grateful for all the help thus far. My GoFundMe link is in the Instagram bio. I can also take Venmo at Daniel-Malone-27 or Zelle at 773-450-1290. Much ❤️

Throwing this boomerang SOS out again hoping it will bring back some new donations to help assist me while I am still healing from my pneumonia. Good news is I have been given a clean cancer bill of health and am now formally finished with any treatment or immunotherapy. My most recent MRI showed no evidence of cancerous activity in my brain where I once had my tumor. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and basically helping to keep@me housed until I am@able to work again. I did receive some SNAP food benefits so that has helped me with food supplies. Love you all! ♥️. I can also receive donations via Venmo @ Daniel-Malone-27 or through Zelle under my cell # 773-450-1290, link to GoFundMe in my bio and at the end of this post A loved one is facing a tough battle after a serious illness. They need our help to get through this difficult time. Please consider donating or sharing to support their recovery.

It’s been a minute and I think the Instagram algorithm is not hitting for me. Just reaching out for some continued assistance as I am still suffering from the damage to@my lungs from the severe pneumonia that hospitalized me for 2 months. Last month I had a godsend angel donor who sent me a generous donation which helped me catch up for August and September. I’m now approaching October and I’m finally getting my disability reinstated after a 3 month pause, but the check is not enough to cover my rent. I’m waiting to be seen on October 2nd for an evaluation for pulmonary therapy at Swedish Covenant. I humbly ask if anyone is able to help with any donation or please share my post. The link is in my bio and here on the post. Thank you in advance for any assistance

Finally got a beard trimmer after 2 months of no shaving, I was feeling like a hermit. Just posting this again to try and catch the right algorithm wave. If you are able to help support my fundraiser any amount helps to get me closer to my goals and ability to transition from my last 2 months in the hospital and back into my apartment. Please help if you can or share on your social media. Thank you to all of you who have helped me financially, offered emotional and moral support or just kept me in your thoughts , prayers and intentions. Love you all so much, Daniel

I woke up in the wee hours coughing and called the nurses station to get a respiratory therapist into my room for a breathing treatment. Somehow between my chest CT scan on April 2nd and my second CT scan on April 10th I Manges t fracture 2 ribs on my right side. They suspect my bones are soft or porous due to the chemo meds I’ve been on for maintenance for over a year. Basically my incessant coughing caused me to fracture the ribs and likely explains why the break to my leg was so severe in October. All that said, I find myself here and now doing my best to keep positive and focused on getting through this setback. This first pic is not my best, but I was happy the physical therapists took me down to the courtyard garden. It felt so good to spend 20 min in the sun and fresh air, so for me, today, I put my vanity aside and say this was a good moment. I want to once again express my extreme gratitude for the incredible outpour of kindness and generosity from so many of my tribe. Every donation has put me that much closer to being out from under the financial burden I’ve been dreading. Over the course of the past 4 days my fundraising goal went from 60% to 89% fulfilled. I am beyond ecstatic that I will get some resolution to my housing situation once the funds transfer to my account. I’m currently just shy of $700 left to meet my GoFundMe goal. If you are able to assist and maybe are just seeing this for the first time, my GOFUNDME IS IN MY BIO on my Instagram feed. I can also receive Venmo at Daniel-Malone-27 or you can DM me if you would prefer to Zelle. I’ve included the other 2 pics because I feel like I looked very healthy and am trying to manifest this health back into my life. I will keep everyone updated on my progress. No discharge date has been discussed yet as my lungs still need some more time. With much love and deepest thanks to all of you, Daniel
