Well, my posts did not stay adhered. Lesson learned I guess.🤷🏼‍♀️ I recently saw another makers reel showing her attaching posts on her earrings. In the video it looked like she used something with a gel like consistency, placed the post on the back and then embedded the posts with more clay. I saw over and over that a majority of clay artists say embedding clay is the best and strongest way to attach the post. They often dismiss attaching with super glue, or any other kind of adhesive.
I still asked this maker, of the reel, what it was she put on her earrings before embedding with clay. Her response, Locktite gel adhesive! So even when embedding she still used some form of glue. Thankfully she didn't gatekeep as many others had.
I've reattached the posts and am crossing 🤞my fingers that works.

I was super stoked to get this package. I recently purchased these cernit clay packets from a destash group on here. Of course now I realize I need more clay storage. 😬
