Saturday I got the opportunity to provide a yoga class for the church I first got baptized in, MT. Vernon Baptist Church. This is where the foundation of my spirituality started.

When you walk into a building that you used to run around as a child but now you’re coming back to help people move in their bodies is one of the best gifts in the world.

But nothing beats the feeling of being welcomed and embraced by people that know what you looked like in a diaper.
