Healthy Recipe of the Day: High-Protein Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ tbsp honey or syrup (adjust to taste)
• 1 scoop protein powder
• Dash of salt
**Instructions**
Mix all ingredients in a jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir well until combined. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, stir again to prevent clumping, then refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick. Add toppings if desired and enjoy!
