As part of the LiftWorksTM program, our Program Associates learn digital fabrication skills by operating our laser etcher, gaining hands-on experience with design files, production, quality control, and craftsmanship. Upon completing their training, they earn a certification in digital fabrication, building practical skills and experience that prepare them for future employment.
