Back-to-Back Closings This Week!

Our Wellington Project in Lakeview and our Florida project both officially closed, and each tells a different story.

💰 Wellington delivered strong returns, once again proving the consistency of the Chicago market.

🌴 Florida came with lessons. We tested that market using personal funds only, and experienced a slight loss.

We do the work upfront, testing new markets and strategies before opening the door to investor capital. That’s what responsible investing looks like.

We’re leaning into what we know best: high-design, high-return new construction projects in Chicago—and the momentum is strong.

Lyndale Demo Is Finally Underway 🏗️

We finally got demo started at our Lyndale Project, and not without a fight.

This property falls within the Northwest Side Housing Preservation Ordinance pilot zone, which brought months of delays, hoops to jump through, and thousands in city fees.

What was meant to protect longtime owners and renters is doing the opposite:
– Sellers are taking hits on pricing
– Tenants are being displaced
– And the city is making money

The only clear winner here is the city.

But like always, we’re keeping it moving.
Demo is almost complete, and we’re officially back on track and pushing toward the finish line. Let’s build. 💪

Our Florida Project Is Under Contract!

If you’ve been following the market, you know Florida took a turn—what started hot cooled off fast.

That’s why we’re extra excited to have this one under contract.
