The last 3 years of my life were tough… 3 kids, 2 births, a lot of stress, weight changes, and moments where I felt like I was failing.

I was constantly eating, blaming myself, and taking pictures from specific angles just to look skinnier. I went through unhealthy cycles trying to lose weight quickly, only to gain it back again.

I don’t even know yet what made me finally stop, but I’m proud that I did.

I didn’t make this video to show off. I made it to show you that change is possible when you decide to choose yourself.

And to every girl watching this: you are capable of more than you think. Don’t forget that.
