Ms. Holloway launched her own marketing and technology consulting firm, Innovatec Services, LLC, in 2003. She founded InnovaTeen, a non-profit organization in 2005, which offered youth programs in technology and workforce development skills. In 2024, she returned to her technical roots by becoming the Director of Tech Launchpad with City Colleges of Chicago at Kennedy King College. In this role, she focuses on preparing the next generation of professionals for the tech workforce while shaping the landscape and the future of technology.

Dr. Blackmon shares his experience with Project Osmosis, spotlighting the Design Explorer Project and the Terra Foundation’s Art Design Chicago Projects. The Design Explorer Project united 20 young men to craft images of non-violence, resulting in a traveling mural.

As an accomplished author and poet with two books, “Pass those Cabrini Greens, Please” and its sequel, Dr. Blackmon was gifted the redesign of his book covers by Vernon.
