It was a little captive cat

His mistress takes him from his box

Stevie Smith was an English poet and novelist. Her first book of poetry, ‘A Good Time Was Had By All’ was published in 1937. That title is how the catchphrase “a good time was had by all” came into existence. Smith was a lifelong cat lover, and wrote the text of the 1959 coffee-table book ‘Cats in Colour’ She passed of a brain tumour on March 7, 1971.

Let’s meow about an embarrassing topic: kitty dandruff. Usually, dandruff is caused by living in a hot climate, or hot, dry, home, and can be easily taken care of. If mew have dandruff, here are a few tips mew can try:

1. Give your cat a bath with an oatmeal and aloe shampoo.(Baths aren’t so bad. I even attached a picture of myself getting ready for one to help ease your fears.)

2. Start running a humidifier.

3. Add a little water to their wet food.

4. Brush them every morning and night.

5. Make sure they always have water available.

6. Add fish oil to their food.

7. Buy a kitty moisturizing oil.

If, after a few weeks, the dandruff still hasn’t gone away, please take your kitty to the vet to make sure they don’t have a parasite, or any other underlying health condition.
