DCASE, in partnership with the Chicago Public Library, seeks an artist to participate in the Legler Regional Library Artist-in-Residence Program. During a one-year residency, an artist will be given studio space to develop a public art project that promotes greater connectivity between the library, its services, and the aspirations of the local West Garfield Park community.
