Paint finally underway at this project ✅️ We transformed this project from an abandoned house with water damage to a complete 3 apartment home. This project not only required an entire interior demolition, but also new electric and plumbing, new framing, and insulation installation. Hard work pays off when you see the results ✅️

Happy Friday everyone! Mud and tape underway at another one of our projects! First coat done✅️ It is important to know that when taping up a project, especially a remodel, you're always going to need more than one coat of mud to prepare for primer, then paint. We always make sure to sand after the first coat, then add a second coat and sand again. If necessary, we will do a third coat, until the entire project is smooth and ready for primer.
