ESPN Podcast - Dr. Natarajan 05/28/2026

When your sports medicine doctor casually joins a spelling bee challenge on ESPN!

This week, our very own Dr. Balu Natarajan stopped by ESPN to join the fun in honor of National Spelling Bee week. From helping runners and triathletes stay healthy to spelling Chicago baseball players’ names on live radio… safe to say he’s got range!

Fun fact: Dr. Natarajan is also a former Scripps National Spelling Bee champion, so this challenge was right up his alley.

Thanks again to ESPN 1000 for the invite and the laughs. We had a blast!

Your body doesn’t always hurt where the real problem starts. 🔍

Pain in the knee, hip, back, or shoulder can sometimes be linked to how another part of the body is moving. That’s why proper diagnosis matters — physiotherapy looks at the full movement chain, not just the painful area.

Small changes in strength, mobility, and movement control can make a big difference to long-term recovery. 💪
