Set boundaries and prioritize your mental health. It's okay to say no to gatherings or conversations that feel unsafe.
Celebrate with those who uplift and affirm you.
Practice self-care—whether it's journaling, meditation, or a favorite activity, make time for yourself.
Seek support if needed. There’s no shame in reaching out.
