an evening wind-down filled with breathwork, restorative movement, & guided meditation. this session will be led by movement coach & embrh co-founder, mario cervantes. 
 
we will share space at ; a serene and beautiful loft space. we’re looking forward to an evening filled with aromatherapy, tea rituals from our friends , good energy, and somatic explorations. 🍵 
 
we will learn how movement affects each action + connection we make through a series of exercises focusing on outward + inward movement. 
 
the goal: to leave with a centered awareness of our bodies + mind.
