We're closing put Pisces season with gentle practice full of deep stretching withba focus on fluid movement thru the body. Literally and figuratively. For myself and many in my community, we've had a very busy past weekend, so today is all about recovery and recharging.

Todays practice continues to work with Scorpio Season and also the quarter moon in Virgo. This season can feel intense, so we continue to focus on balancing that with slower, moderate movements on our mats.

Todays practice continues to work with Scorpio Season and also the lingering energy of the recent Blood Moon. We're on the tail end of this eclipse portal which paired with our current sun sign, may feel like an intense time.  To balance the intensity around this space, and to work with our current moon transits, todays practice will be gentle to aid in restoring ourselves.
